KNITTING: A traditional pattern for winter warmers of bed socks, hotwater bottle cover , knitted in DK (8ply, light worsted) The foot part of the bedsocks is plain (and comfortable) knitting, but with a dainty lace ankle cuff and adorable pompom trim, they are very feminine and pretty.
The colour pattern on the bottle cover is easy as it is made with slip stitches –no stranding or intarsia needed!
CROCHET: Plus a pair of crocheted slip on slippers, using the same yarn doubled up and larger stitches with a big hook size for speed of making…and extra cosiness!
