KNITTING: A good insulator for your tea pot-and very decorative. This cosy is constructed in two steps for each side. The ruffles or loopy frills-or “tiers” are knitted and held on a stitch holder, then knitted onto the base shape as you make it.
Openings are left for spout and handle-and the top is gathered up and trimmed with a chain cords and pompoms.
This is a similar construction to the pompadour tea cost Z1385 which I can include free with this version.
