KNITTING: A very cute little vintage square cottage to keep the teapot warm! This was cut from a very small vintage newsprint scrap-likely from a 1950’s “woman’s Weekly “magazine by the look of it.
It has a simple stocking stitch construction in four pieces (with openings for the spout and handle) and a double moss stitch roof. There are knitted door and window shutters, and a loop as a chimney, all embellished with some embroidered detail.
