KNITTED: There is a bed wrap (in pink)-or shrug, depending on yarn used! An easy knitted shape shown as bed wear, but it would be lovely in daytime too for some cosy and casual warmth. It is also a good shape for someone ill, elderly or restricted to a bed.
The shawl (shown around baby –in blue) is in a delicate lattice stitch design, looking similar to crochet-with a deep lace edge.it would be an heirloom quality gift for a baby shower or new baby!
CROCHET: the second shawl (in turquoise) is crocheted in a classic filet design of square lattice shapes with a flower motif in each (but constructed in rows).
The shawls are also shown as evening time or bedtime wear but could be lovely in daytime as well; they would make wonderful prayer shawls or big extra wraps in the right yarn.
