KNITTING: This 70s design knits up as a great casual cardigan in a big, loose fitting shape with buttoned front and dropped shoulder line. It is a very wearable garment and easy to knit with little shaping, although you need to be able to follow the colour work charts.
The designs are vaguely Mexican and Native American in style, inspired by the popular TV series Starsky and Hutch. It is knitted in Aran weight yarn, with motif designs worked from charts, in either intarsia or Fair Isle techniques, depending on the stitches in each row. (I.e. with stranding on much of it and on the larger groups of stitches a separate ball is used.)
