CROCHET :-this is a beautifully fitted vintage mini dress in a simple but very effective radiating chevron or ”zigzag” stitch dress. The very pretty neckline and fluted sleeves both have an unusual chevron edge detail and the whole effect is feminine but unfussy-very elegant.
However you could make this in multicolour stripes for a 70s psychedelic effect similar to vintage missoni designs.
It is made in “Goldfingering” thread (which is still available) or in a modern cotton thread and is crocheted from the neck downwards for easy fitting/altering.
