CROCHET: This simple sundress is so easy to crochet and to wear. It is a classic vintage 70s look, which so wearable now as well.
The skirt is crocheted downwards from the bodice; which are made in a shell stitch and V stitch respectively for the crochet look but with a reasonable amount of coverage to the bodice.
The shoulder straps are also wide enough to cover up bra straps (which is a useful feature for many ladies)! The straps and neckline are both edged in a wide band of plain crochet and finished with picots; the hemline finishes in the pointed edge of the shell stitch pattern.
This would look lovely in crochet cotton for summer-and you get a great full on party dress in sparkly thread!
