CROCHET: A lightweight (4ply) long sleeved sweater or jumper, with a beautiful lace yoke and sleeve detail. This is a timeless style, very flattering and quite “dressy”; easy to take from day wear through to evening.
Most of it is crocheted in a basic “V” stitch, with a shallow yoke or neckline and shoulders crocheted in a lace variation. The same lace design is carried up the whole sleeve, but it is worked as a separate piece and inserted into the rest of the sleeve ( i.e. sewn in).you could make the sleeve all in the main stitch quite easily if that is a bit of sewing too far!
