CROCHET: A delicate crochet bed jacket, with a loose fit and ribbon bow tie to fasten it. So it is also easy to put on for those who are bed ridden, convalescing or need help to get dressed.
It is crocheted downwards from a circular yoke which is initially crocheted as a disc that is then folded in half –for extra warmth across the shoulders. The main part is worked in a pretty lace with an “open shell” stitch and it is tied at the yoke only, with a ribbon bow.
