KNITTING: you can get an authentic retro 60s style for your Sindy ( and other 11-12 inch teenage dolls ) with this vintage pattern.
There is a halter neck “catsuit” which is just fab-and can be made as a romper with a tiny tweak.
The little empire line mini dress is classic sixties with its daisy trim in pop art black and white (very easy to customise this one).
Then there is the coat! And the hat!
These were aimed at the “Paris” look –and emphasised by using little poodle dogs-all very “chi-chi” . A faux fur trim and hat are achieved with mohair yarn-but under all that (and great even without them) is a nice little single breasted coat.
Use a 4ply yarn-plus mohair-to knit these.
