CROCHET : A pattern for a shift dress in iconic sixties style. It is very elegant but so simple-both to wear and to crochet.
It is made in Sirdar “summer breeze” yarn but a modern boucle textured cotton is a good substitute and looks stunning.
The design has a slim straight line, pretty square neckline and a crochet cord drawstring to emphasize the waistline.
It is basically made in treble (USA dc) stitches with repeated spaces dividing them into blocks; which is a nice detail that is super easy to achieve for maximum style results!
N.B. I have several others like this, 2 of which are from the exact same published series ( WZ 00709 and WZ 00710)
