CROCHET: This is a beautiful bridal gown with bridesmaid dresses to match-cute!
The long dress is simple and elegant with a modest high neckline; with a little lace band detail on the hemline and “bell” sleeves to add just enough fairy-tale prettiness.
The gown is very easy to crochet-if a bit of a marathon! However the easy stitch pattern means you can work on it bit by bit anytime. In fact the bride could wear the dress again for summer if she wanted too - as it is quite simple….Good for an “eco minded bride”, LOL.
The little girls’ bridesmaid dresses are given in a long and a short version; with short sleeves more suitable for a child. These little dresses would also adapt to party or summer wear very nicely. The girls’ dresses are usable after the big day, so not a “wasted” otherwise unwearable item, as bridesmaids dresses often are! The short one would easily adapt to a tunic, or top or short skirt, too.]
