CROCHET: A colourful long waistcoat / vest and long sleeved coat made with granny squares and quite unusual octagon motif shapes.
You could use the octagon all over, following the layout for the upper bodice part given in a chart form.
They were promoting their co-ordinating plain and random dyed yarn for this but you could make a lovely boho multi coloured garment.
