She is even wearing it over coloured tights (pantyhose/ leggings)... quite unusual then - must be for the photo!
This version of the cat suit or hot pants... has a sexy lace front opening ( easier to get in and out of!) and a matching hipster belt. The main body is actually quite modest as it is in a close textured lace stitch.
The shorts and the top are worked in one piece down from the shoulder.
