KNITTING: A beautiful classic winter sweater in the traditional Norwegian style. This is a nice version of the fun “ugly sweaters” currently popular for wearing over the holiday season.
It is a classic look that will outlast fashion-a lovely vintage knitting pattern that is not too much of a challenge; there are charts for the reindeer and colourwork designs.
The reindeer motif knitted on its own will be great for all sorts of seasonal uses, as a patch, pin cushion or on any other knitted garment; or even for use in cross-stitch embroidery. ( I made red on cream pincushions one year which were well received !)
