CROCHET: A delicate crochet flower necklace, looking as fresh as a daisy!
This pattern for a stunning set of accessories made as crochet flowers is very versatile. It can be worn as an elegant retro accessory in starched white as shown, with or without added beads.
For a modern boho look the necklace it can be left unstarched, made in colours or turned into a headband or floral crown. Or you could just make just the fab earrings or just one flower as a brooch.
Pastel shell pink or lemon would look good too for a retro summer set, or how about a dark colour and more beads for evening?
The crochet looks intricate, but is easy to do.
They need to be starched, or sized with glue, to keep their stiff shape.
These are shown worked with fine cotton thread Coats crochet cotton number40 (one ball) on no4 steel (uk) hook. approx 1.25 mm/1.50mm
