CROCHET: these all in ones shorts and body cover “romper suits” or catsuits are great fun!
Outfit one is crocheted upwards and downwards from the (low) waist, [so the body and leg length can easily be altered]. It has an 18inch zip up the back, and an optional/ removable belt (one more thing to worry about should you be in a hurry to get it off)!
Outfit 2 with a yoke detail, is worked up from, and down from, the yoke seam. It has a short ( 9/10/12inch) back neck zipper- you could put this in the front if you wish- I doubt anyone will be noticing the zip on this little number! it has sleeves and a collar (which could be added to outfit one with some stitch pattern tweaking).
Both have a picot edge trims...
These are popular again now-and think of all the interest from carrying the project around, LOL [even before you wear it]!
