KNITTING: A retro set of knitted toys to make found in a vintage magazine. These particular characters are found in many toy pattern versions throughout the 60s; that also have a distinctive flattish cushion or pillow style knitted with the clothing knitted as part of the shape then felt is used to stitch on faces in a stylised cartoon style.
These three are all apparently “Best of Friends, even though they are a dog ,a bunny and a piglet!” they are about a foot/ 30cm tall when finished and take about 60-70grams of yarn in UK DK (light worsted /8ply) each.
