KNITTING: A great little pattern with lots of garments to keep both girl and boy teen dolls cosy in cold winter weather or on the slopes! This is an unusual combination knitting pattern for both Sindy and Action Man.
Sindy (or Barbie/Tressy teen dolls etc.) have two winter sets –both with knitted trousers (pants). One consists of a long line, roll neck, stripy sweater dress (or jumper) worn 70s style; with a tie belt and matching trousers and mittens. The second set is a “70’s Victoriana” front buttoned cape and muff outfit; but the cape would make an adorable ‘Red Riding Hood’ cape for your dolly.
(Or for “Handmaiden” fans… an idea to adapt… Sindy as Offred? Plus Action Man’s cap made in white could just about work for a coif as well).
Action man gets a manly pseudo military outfit of tight fitted trousers (pants), a ribbed jumper (sweater), a fab zip front high collar jacket with patch pockets and epaulettes all topped with a cap (or beret). Phew - he will definitely be warm in all that, and ready for action in all winter weathers!
