KNITTING: this is a quirky knitted weasel character, originally created as part of a set of three for a ROSPA road safety campaign by toymaker/ designer Barbara Barlow. The toys are well observed from nature and more like art pieces, rather than for play. Although they are knitted in plain knitting the shaping is more advanced level toy making.
However this chap is not too tricky to make and a fun character in his stripy jersey and “jungle” green trousers ( sweater and pants )which are knitted on as part of the structure.
