KNITTING: A classic sixties pattern for the traditional fluted, or deeply pleated tea cosy; in alternate stripes or with a checked variation …plus that kitsch poodle bottle cover that was so popular then.
You can make the cosy in any colour combinations you like; classic 2 tone stripes, or checks as shown-or a jumble of colours in a make do and mend / scrap buster version.
The kitsch poodle (almost) speaks for itself. Love it or hate it – nothing says ”retro décor” quite like this chap, haha. (They have also given instructions for the poodle to be made as a toy!)
You have to forgive them though; “the poodle” was “the owl” of the sixties, on trend and used everywhere!
